WHAT WILL I LEARN?
The first 4 sets of exercises are very good to use for general health care. Many of them have quite specific benefits and the exercises can be used as a kind of tool kit for looking after your health. They are perfect for those practitioners, who, because of mobility restrictions, age or other health problems, might choose to stick with simple exercises.
DAYAN QIGONG SYLLABUS: Everyone learns some foundation sets then starts to learn the forms, starting with the Wild Goose 1st 64 and 2nd 64 movements. Later we teach Green Sea Swimming Dragon, Jade Pillar Gong, Slapping Healthy Gong and Kunlun Twining Hands Bagua.There are many other forms to learn such as Cotton Palm, Triple Crossing Spiral Gong, Plum Blossom Gong and Peaceful and Calm Meditation.
